Women Education in India

India is a developing country in the world , But Women Education is still a great matter of concern.
In schools we usually used to write an essay on Women Education and Women’s empowerment .
In ancient time women had the knowledge of  shastra , yudh kala (battle field knowledge), cooking
and many more skills. Many of Indian queens were the examples like Padmavati. But as the time passes Women Education fallen down.
The main reason that I actually felt was changing mentality of male person.
In 19th and 20th century people’s monopoly was that females were borned for kitchen and males for ruling.
The second reason was that females are considered as a burden because they have to marry her daughter and give her spouse a large dowry so they don’t want to spend money on her education.
This cause even leads to females feticide and the sex ratio of male to female decrease to 1000:860
But as the time passes people reliase their mistake that female is not a burden but a way to improve your generation and country. Someone trually said-
“If you’re educating a male you are educating a single person But if you educate a female then you a generation.”
At the end of 20th century female education was increased and this leads decreased female feticide.
Male to Female sex ratio increases to 1000:980
In 21st century women is empowered and well educated . In some region of country it is low but many government agencies has started the compaign “Beti bacchao Beti Padhao” for women education.
What I feel is
“ If you are giving a job to a male he will spent major of its money on himself, But if you are giving job to a female it will spent all her money to nourish her family”
A strong nation is known by its educated people so male and female both should get equal opportunity for development.
